Jim Manney is the author of highly praised popular books on Ignatian spirituality, including A Simple, Life-Changing Prayer (about the Daily Examen) and God Finds Us (about the Spiritual Exercises). He is the compiler/editor of An Ignatian Book of Days. His latest book is What Matters Most and Why. He and his wife live in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Ignatian Spirituality, the web site, is so loaded with options for spiritual development. I’m doing the Lent retreat just now and it’s just right for me; something for every day, but not to0 much that would cause me to consider skipping it on busy days.
As to Ignatian spirituality in general I am so attracted to the notion of finding God in all things, and using imagination in prayer.
