Thanks Fr. Mark. Finding God in all things and in all places looks really real. Saint Ignatius – Pray for us.
Let me first introduce myself I’m Louisa and I live in Okinawa, Japan. I’ve always been interested in understanding the Examen -Ignatian spirituality but the obstacle that always hinders me is that I find it difficult as to how it works in one’s life. I find it at times intellectual which I think I’m wrong now as I listened to you.
But today, as I had this opportunity which normally I won’t be able to do. I felt the Examen is contemplation in a sense of union with my God who encounters me in all what I do everyday? Correct me if I am wrong
By the way, I bought your book many years ago ” God’s voice within” and sorry to say I haven’t really delve into it more. Now I feel the Holy spirit is pushing me to renew my love for him again.
