Rev. Michael Rossmann, SJ, is a Jesuit priest and doctoral student at the Gregorian University in Rome. He previously served as the editor-in-chief of The Jesuit Post, where he started the popular video series “One-Minute Homily.” He continues to produce short-but-substantive videos for social media. He is a native of Iowa City and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. His first book is The Freedom of Missing Out.

  1. We clutter our lives by saying yes to activities that take us away from Gods
    Purpose for us. Saying no frees us to “listen to that small voice “ guiding
    Us spiritually.

I am grateful for all the spiritual teaching and guidance I have received over my lifetime. Each stage of life presents new opportunities to seize the day and for letting go…inviting God’s voice brings a certain consolation in and of itself…
