  1. Thank you for this short, but empowering message about messiness! It made me smile, because my messy basement is under “reorganization.” We moved from a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home a year ago this week, just as Covid was taking control! We could not have a garage sale or auction to eliminate our excess! Through the summer and winter I have picked it over and emptied some boxes, but just thinking of the task at hand was overwhelming and paralyzing. There’s no place to put things if I do try to organize! Last week, God gave me a plan! The basement needs to be finished to provide storage and a purpose for the furniture we want to keep! With that in mind, last week I took on the task!! The floor in the center of one area is now visible! In unpacking the boxes, treasures and photos of years gone by were found! One box held macrame beads and supplies. The box had not been opened for 43 years. I revisited the woman that was me that long time ago! Yes, the messiness is good! It is a pathway to letting go of the past and stepping into the future, while thanking God for the gifts of the present!

  2. Thank you, I am grateful for this reflection as it helps me pray and live to love and serve those who come to us in Haiti

  3. Again something good to read this morning, although I am afraid it won’t
it won’t be a big year for me anymore. Thank you anyway!
