Thank you for this whole series and your website. It’s wonderful and just what I’ve been looking for.
Thank you for the flip book. It makes it so easy to stay focused. God bless you, keep you, and continue guiding you.
I am a beginner at this and the flip book helped me a great deal. Thank you.
I’m reminded about continuing to practice and Attitude of Gratitude. When I’m down (Poor Little Old Me) making a list of all I’m grateful for helps me. I start my list with God rescuing me from a 16-day coma and giving me the breath of life once again. And I still have that air to breathe despite my personal deficiencies.
I have struggled to get over a resistance to the Examen prayer for years, this method to-day seemed natural and free flowing. It is a practice I really want to make part of my prayer, such as it is. I FEEL i can begin aagain in an unforced way…many thanks
Thank you for the Examen Flip Book maybe I will get better at using the Examen daily for the love of Christ and those he places in front of me.
