The sad thing is that they’re going to close down the spirituality center where she made the retreat.
This reminds me of my own description of my enthusiasm for contemplative prayer: it’s a time to just sit down and shut up. With shutting referring to so many of our “chatty” portals that are filled every day in all sorts of way.
