More Lent Ideas

I suggested the Lunchtime Examen the other day as a Lenten practice you might consider.  Here are a couple of other ideas for online Lenten prayer.

Vinita Wright will be leading a retreat at her Days of Deepening Friendship blog.  It’s based on the terrific book Here’s My Heart, Here’s My Hand by Fr. William Barry, SJ, one of my favorite spiritual writers.  Go here to register.

Check out Loyola Press’s Lenten resources here.  Many of them are great for children and families.

Creighton University’s online ministries has a full program for online Lenten prayer, including the prayers for every day of Lent.

Finally, four Jesuits are starting a blog with reflections for every day of Lent based on the Spiritual Exercises.
