Our newest blogger here at dotMagis is Becky Eldredge, a writer, speaker, and spiritual director in training who lives in Athens, GA, with her husband and two children. Becky has been active in ministry for 14 years, primarily in retreat work and adult faith formation. She is currently the coordinator of the Partner Program at Charis Ministries, which gives retreats for young adults in 26 cities.
Becky is working on her certificate in spiritual direction at Spring Hill College. In her free moments she writes the blog Everything Is Holy Now. We’ve been working for a while to get Becky to join us. She’s finally here. She will start blogging tomorrow.
You are an inspiration to parents everywhere, showing one’s faith can live in the home and influence the community. God bless your call to God’s service!
I just read your post on silence and decided to see who you are and … you’re in Georgia! I’m a seminary student in Atlanta. Maybe our paths will cross one day. I loved your post on God’s presence everywhere as gifted to you through that silent moment.
Hi, Becky. I look forward to your posts!
It’s lovely to see you here as well as on your blog…
Welcome 🙂
Thank you everyone for the warm welcome! dotMagis is a blog that I read every single day because there is much wisdom to be gained from the postings. I am looking forward to this opportunity and to learning from everyone.
Becky, welcome to the team. Hope to see you around the Gatorade tank.
Thanks, Tim! One day…we WILL meet in person!
Welcome and best luck on your training! Hope it will have been (past pluperfect anyone) worth it to take this leap of faith!
Becky, welcome. I look forward to reading and being challenged by your blogs.
