Scott Santarosa, SJ, talks about prayer in a short video produced by the Society of Jesus. He says:
When things are getting rough or busy, or I feel a lot of interior movement—positive or negative, but especially negative—I feel like one of the antidotes is to sit down and lay it out before God and say, “God, here it is, here’s my heart.”

If a person is busy, lost and can’t pray, It is me this time. That implies the advice suits to me. Thank you for the reminder.
Thank You
I really appreciated your video. Especially that we pray amidst the business and going without an agenda.
Thank you for the reminder regarding the importance of making time for prayer in the midst of our mania! Even when we don’t feel inspired to do so, but function through discipline, we reap the benefits of touching base with the Author of Life. As a result, we move through our day centered on direct contact with our Creator.
Great way to pray……be quiet and lay all my stuff that’s in my heart to God. Thank you, Father Santarosa, SJ
