We make thousands of decisions every day—beginning with whether to jump out of bed in the morning or hit the snooze button. Some decisions are largely force of habit, but important decisions involve judgment and conscious choices. I’m currently reading the Book of Job, a book which reveals that trust in and communication with God are vital. Events are often out of our ‘control’ and others (e.g. Job’s friends) often can intercede in ways that they view as benevolent and which are really counter-productive. It’s not about being strong and immovable but, as the video shows, about our deepest feelings.
