James Martin has led a thoroughly modern life: from a lukewarm Catholic childhood, to the Wharton School of Business, to the executive fast track at General Electric, to the Jesuits and an editorship at America magazine in Manhattan.
In 2006, Fr. Jim Martin published a memoir, My Life with the Saints, which immediately garnered rave reviews from both the secular and religious press. Within months of publication, the book became a best seller and soon appeared on many “Best of”¦” lists.
Fr. Martin has become something of a media phenomenon. He is a frequent contributor to CNN, NPR, Fox News, Time magazine, and The New York Times.
