Becky Eldredge is a writer and spiritual director in Baton Rouge, LA. The author of Busy Lives & Restless Souls and The Inner Chapel, Becky holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Education from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Pastoral Studies from Loyola University New Orleans. She has her Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Spring Hill College. Another effective approach is to speak directly with our Lord… Adoration is a great opportunity and immediately after receiving the Eucharist. Open your heart. Let Him know what you are seeking and why. Ask that the Holy Spirit bring you and the right Spiritual Director together. It works, if you TRUST IN OUR LORD.

Thanks for posting. I believe just as much as you do in finding a good spiritual director to guide and lead. Developing and growing spiritually as a person will help us grow in maturity and intimately know better both ourselves from the inside out and others as well.
