We recently featured a video from Creighton University’s Division of Mission and Ministry on contemplation. Today, Kyle Lierk, Creighton University’s director of Campus Ministry, leads us in a six-minute experience of the Examen. He sets it up by talking briefly about the idea in the First Principle and Foundation that we are created to praise, reverence, and serve God and we do that to fulfill our mission.

This was very helpful. I have tried to pray the examiner before and would “stall out” with a wandering mind this will be a great way to do more than try to remember “my sins for the day
