The weeks leading up to Christmas can be hectic to say the least. The upcoming holiday season presents a blinding rush of options and opportunities for celebrating with family, friends, and co-workers. And no matter how hard we try to “do it all,” we end up feeling that we’re missing out on something that might be better than what we’ve chosen.
Join Fr. Michael Rossmann, SJ, author of The Freedom of Missing Out, for an Advent webinar, in which he will outline ways to develop emotional courage, increase focus, and learn to say no to what depletes us so that we can end up with the space and ability to say yes to what energizes us this season.
