Into the Examen Video
This follow-up video to “Examen” from St. Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco features a student trying out the Examen for himself. A teacher suggests the prayer to the student. In the face of worrying about a test, he looks back on the past 24 hours to notice where he has been distracted and what he can do to focus and take care of what’s bothering him.
