This Examen video introduces the prayer that prompts you to look back on your day, through all the activities and commitments, and look forward with confidence. The video was created by staff and students at San Francisco’s St. Ignatius College Prep to introduce the idea of practicing the Ignatian Examen to the student body. It does not lead viewers through the steps of the prayer, because there is a sequel that does that.
