The foundation of Ignatian prayer is the Daily Examen. It’s the most popular part of this website, according to the numbers we have, so we’re always looking for new helpful material about it. One of the best summaries of the Examen that I’ve seen lately is this Guided Examen. Interestingly, it comes from the Mars Hill Bible Church in Michigan, one of the centers of the Emerging Church movement.
